COMPANY HISTORY:

National Data Services was founded in 1976 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois during the data revolution that continues today. In its initial years, NDS became a leading partner for companies looking to convert hard data into electronic files.

Customers were impressed with the quality of work and quickly began requesting additional related services. Thus, in 1989 the company was expanded to include data processing, database management, and direct marketing services. As services expanded, NDS moved to larger facilities in Roselle, Illinois.

In 2004, the company was purchased by NDS Sales Co., LLC with capital provided by Cardinal Growth, L.P. and with a significant investment from the NDS Sales Management Team. Today, the company continues to enjoy strong growth
